2. Recognition requirement

Before admission each Iranian citizen who wants to study in Russia has to pass the procedure of recognition of their diplomas. What does it mean?

 

All Iranian higher education diplomas have to be recognized by the Russian Ministry of Education through special procedure. Southern University (IMBL) provides help and assistance for foreign students to have their diplomas recognized. 

 

The price for this procedure is 9000 roubles. It includes stamp duty fee. SU (IMBL) prepares the documents and sends them to Main State Center for Education Evaluation (Glavekspertcentr – https://www.nic.gov.ru/en/).

 

The procedure takes at least 45 days and includes payment of the stamp duty that’s why applicants have to send the documents in advance. Without the recognition the applicant cannot be enrolled.

 

List of necessary documents:

  1. Copy of higher education diploma with transcript translated into Russian and notarized:
  • by notary in Russia;
  • by Embassy or Consulate of Russian Federation in Iran.
  1. Citizen’s ID (passport) translated in Russian and notarized:
  • by notary in Russia;
  • by Embassy or Consulate of Russian Federation in Iran.

After the approval of the above listed documents downloaded into the Main State Center for Education Evaluation online system the applicant has to pay the stamp duty for the recognition procedure.

 

Only after acceptance of payment and issue of certificate the applicant can be enrolled.

 

3. Visa requirements

 

For coming to Russia to submit the documents for admission or to pass the examination session one-time the applicant or student have to get Russian educational visa. For that SU (IMBL) has to send in an invitation for them to the Directorate of the Federal Migration Service. Thus, the applicant or student has to send to SU (IMBL):

  • High-quality scanned copy of the main page of the international passport;
  • The home address in Iran;
  • If the Iranian citizen works – the name of place where he/she works, its address, the job position;
  • The name of the city where the Iranian citizen will get its visa (the city where the Embassy or Consulate of Russian Federation is situated)

 

4. Documents requirements

 

Every Iranian citizen who wants to study in SU (IMBL) has to follow this list of documents when apply for enrollment regardless of their chosen program of study:

 

  1. Recognition certificate of higher education diploma;
  2. Copy of higher education diploma with transcript translated into Russian and notarized:
  • by notary in Russia;
  • by Embassy or Consulate of Russian Federation in Iran.
  1. Citizen’s ID (passport) translated in Russian and notarized:
  • by notary in Russia;
  • by Embassy or Consulate of Russian Federation in Iran.
  1. International passport translated in Russian and notarized:
  • by notary in Russia;
  • by Embassy or Consulate of Russian Federation in Iran.
  1. Face photo (4 pcs, matte, in color, 3x4 cm)
  2. If documents are submitted by authorized representative:
  • Letter of attorney;
  • ID (passport) of authorized representative;
  • International passport of authorized representative;
  • Russian translation of letter of attorney, ID (passport) and international passport of authorized representative notarized by:
  • by notary in Russia;
  • by Embassy or Consulate of Russian Federation in Iran.

 

5. Approval of cooperation

 

Since their first meeting in December, 2018, Southern University (Institute of Management, Business and Law) has started promising to be productive cooperation with Shakhes Pajouh Research Institute (Iran).

 


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cooperation continued with delegates from SPRI coming to Rostov-on-Don to participate in the International Interuniversity Academic and Research Conference “Digital Transformation of Tourism” that was organized by SU (IMBL).

 

 

 

 

During the visit Dr. Amir Mahmoudzadeh and other delegated not only got acknowledged with the Southern capital of Russia and Southern University (IMBL) but had a chance to speak at the open discussion in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Rostov region. The discussion was dedicated to digitalization of training of specialists in the sphere of health tourism.

 


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Southern University and Shakhes Pajouh Research Institute have signed several mutual agreements such as:

 

  • Memorandum of Understanding between SPRI and SU (IMBL) (при клике на каждый должен открываться скан документа)
  • Letter of attorney for SPRI as an official representative of SU (IMBL) in Iran
  • Organizing Master and PhD programs of SU (IMBL) for students from Iran
  • Organizing Post-Doctoral degrees programs of SU (IMBL) for students from Iran
  • Promoting Russian and English Language courses of SU (IMBL)
  • Invitation of Dr. Amir Mahmoudzadeh, the Chancellor of SPRI, as a visiting professor to SU (IMBL)
  • Creating a “Russian Science Private Center” in Isfahan
  • Creating the “Russian Language Training Center” in Isfahan
